Beyea's Books

Hey everyone, permit me to introduce you to a great reading experience. If you enjoy exciting crime fiction, my first book, Fatal Impeachment is just the ticket. The plot concerns the 20 year unsolved murder of a young coed who was attending Albertus Magnus University in New Haven, CT. Her nude body was found alongside Route 84 in New York State and there was evidence that she had been raped. A young NYSP investigator inherits the case and (I won't tell you how here) develops a suspect for the crimes. Amazingly and incredibly, that suspect - who was a law student at Yale University at the time of the crimes - is now the President of the United States. As you can imagine, trying to conduct a criminal investigation against a man wielding such power, is a monumental task. To compound the problem, the President - while in office - cannot be prosecuted for a crime, he must first be impeached. When the young investigator commences probing the President's past, he is assassinated.
When you read FI this will make you really angry, because young investigator, Ron Keston, is a very likeable fellow, who has just proposed to his lady love, and the plot is designed to make it appear he will be the protagonist in the story. He is murdered to get the reader's juices flowing and develop a real dislike for the antagonist, President Thurston Winslow. BCI Lieutenant Richard Miranda, Keston's supervisor continues the investigation and is nearly assassinated himself.
Okay, you should be sufficiently enticed to want to read Fatal Impeachment and it is available - in soft cover only - by order from nearly every book store, or directly from Mableton author at web2108@bellsouth.net
I will admit that as this book was my first endeavor, I sought to publish it as cheap as possible and did not pay to have it edited. This was a mistake and the text has context mistakes and flaws. However, the dynamic plot makes Fatal Impeachment a very enjoyable read.
Stay tuned to the Mableton Author blog for introduction to his other books.
